How difficult is the install? I assume there's no harm if you leave it plugged in on regular pump gas?

About 1.5 to 2 hours. The space is tight towards the rear injectors, so if you have small hands that will help lol . You can run pump gas with it, that’s the beauty of having a flex fuel setup.
