Texas DPS is becoming very interested in front plates...

I've now been stopped by two different TX state troopers, on two different road trips, in the past month. Both (nicely) gave me a warning, but the last one told me not to expect a third warning...

Note: I was going exactly the speed limit both times (thank you, Max 360).

Let's see - Hwy. 71 near Eden, and Hwy. 183 near Brownwood (I think - that one was a month ago). Was visiting relatives, and saw a surprising number of troopers on the back roads.

Ah, up there between San Antonio and Dallas - do not seem to have major issues in and around Houston but I do also trust my Max 360 to provide a heads-up - rock solid to date!

Ah.. the ol' front plate law... if only our tax dollars can go into stopping actual crime.
