Seeing as most people are leasing an M3/M4 with a similar payment, yet $10-$15k in less options, this is one hell of a deal for anyone to jump on....!

Can't imagine this car lasting too long!

Definitely agree on the negativity issue as there's no need for it. We should all be here supporting each other.

Anyhow, can you give me some info on the car? I saw another post where you took this over from someone else? How long have you had it? Garage kept? Imperfections to note?

For those of you shopping, please take note of the payment vs the MSRP

A good rule of thumb, the benchmark really of any good lease deal is to be at or below 1% of the MSRP, this deal hits it right on the nose.

Anyone shopping should be primarily looking at payment vs msrp to determine value, how well the deal was negotiated and the money factor
