It's brand new...you can find the exact same setup for $2500 online plus shipping (or not), you wanna save a little money...but he doesn't wanna lose too much money, so offer something close to asking. I'm sure hes a fine seller- me as a buyer - since I do not need brakes at this time- would only go for it if it was a good deal.
