Rattle sound after downpipes installed

Hi all,

I recently installed ER downpipes on my m4.
The car had MPE, and it sounds LOUD with downpipes.

After a week since installation, whenever I hit 2k rpm there is rattle sound.
I went back to installer, and they said it is exhaust flap vibrating..

Is there anyone out there who had had similar experiences with downpipes?
If you have loosen flaps, how do you fix them?

I have a rattle once and a while at idle after the ER downpipe install. Mine is heard inside the cabin and I don't really hear it when looking under the hood.
