Discount tire direct has them for $129 shipped right now. Fronts are normal price but you can get $135 in rebates on a set of 4. I bought a set even though i only plan to track my car a couple times.

Any reason not to run this size squared? Can't beat $500 for a size so close to 275, right?

I'm new to the E90/92 world so I can't answer. You just have to make sure the taller tire will clear up front during compression and turning. I do know nt01's are great tires that keep getting stickier until they cord.

40 series tire is tall and will most likely rub the fender liner.
