I just mounted new advan 19" wheels with MPS4S tires on my 07 Z4M coupe with 18k miles. Car is lowered on H&R springs.
245/35/19 F
275/30/19 R

The problem is steering wheel (hydraulic) shakes at 75-80mph....got the balancing done from 2 shops...one really good shop did it 2 times...it's still not good.

Do I really need to get these wheels Road force balanced ?

I would really appreciate if someone can share their experience.

Thanks in advance.

check if the rims have any defects like a bend that needs to be straightened. see if tires have any defects also.

YES 100%

Standard balancing machines don't account for true road conditions (hence putting it under force), therefore it's a less perfect system than a true road force balancer.

That was my concern. Wheels n tires are brand new and the shop didn't find anything wrong.
Thanks.

No spacers...just wheels with reasonable offset for Z4M.
Since front is little more aggressive than stock, this may contribute to more steering feedback as well. Going to get road force balancing.
Thanks

Got road force balancing done on front tires at BMW dealership...all vibration gone. Thanks for the good tip.
They had to reset one tire.
Apparently the wheels are v light and this car has some suspension setup for more feedback.
Now I understand RF balancing value
The price was not bad...$65 for 2 wheels.
