ESR s08 19" fit CCB?

Hey guys, one of my first posts on here. I'm in the process of assuming a lease 2016 M3 ZCP with CCB.

I'm already planning out "what the hell am i gonna do in the winter"
i'm trying to price together a winter set up, I don't want to splurge because its a lease, its not my car . I just want to enjoy and get by.

I'm looking at the ESR S08 in 19" with Pirelli Sotozero 3 tires.
Ive already analyze the offsets etc and 19x8.5 5x120 35+ shoud fit. I'm going with the square wheel set up.

The tires i'm actually planning to stagger at 235/40/19 and 245/40/19. For some reason in those, ratios its closer to the actual aspect ratios of the 666 wheels and tires the car comes with.

I'm obviously trying to stay narrow as the winters in boston are slushy.

My biggest concern is...not all 19" wheels have the same internal diameter and anyone have or know someone with these and the Carbon ceramic brakes.
