I'm looking to have a set made

i know nothing about what the correct offset should be

I want 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 but not sure if you can even customize the offset or if they are pre-set from factory

i did a google search and every response is for 18's

is this setup even possible? will plan to lower a little but not a lot ( kw sleeve over kit)

Et19 front and et25 rear should do nicely.
