Wells Fargo MF : .00165
Wells Fargo is offering a lease MF of 0.00165. Required 745 credit score.
Press your dealer a bit, specifically by bank name. I did, and ended up with an offer from them of .00170. I accepted.

Sorry, the cost of the lease per month for the car. My estimate from the dealer was $0 down and $1425 per month, I subsequently cancelled the car and I have been waiting for better lease rates

Calculate your own payment using the residuals %, down payment, MSRP, and actual purchase price. My calculation was spot-on to what the dealer offered me.
http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm MF : .00165 (dealer may make a small mark-up. Mine marked up .00005 to .00170) M3 Sedan 12K miles Residual - The small problem here is, based on my own as-built MSRP, he gave me residuals in $ amount, not %'s. To possibly establish %, I punched these residual $ figures into leasecompare.com (based on my own MSRP), and they populate %'s as the following - which is +/- 1% on the math of 'residuals -divided by- MSRP'. I suppose there some margin of error here, but should be only slight, and shouldn't have a very big effect. 36 : 54 48 : 43 60 : 36

Wow, looks like I may just hit up Wells Fargo (..whom I bank with anyways) as my credit score is well above what is required by them.

So, I pressed my dealer on it, told him what I understood to be offered by WFB, and he said, yup, its true. He then marked it up .00005. No biggie - I was happy. Nationwide, not sure. I'm in the Rocky Mountain region. Check with your dealer, as they are the ones that can offer it.

.00165 is VERY competitive...& the residuals on the M3's are far lower than the actual values at the end of the term...remember Edmunds ranked the 06 M3 at 47.6% residual after 5 years.....not 34-35% BMW is quoting.....
