Can anyone identify these wheels?

Can anyone identify these wheels I saw on an m4? There are 2 markings next to the tire stem and a made in taiwan sticker on the insider. Couldn't find any other logos or markings.

Not sure on the make of the wheels but those two markings look like VIA and JWL, which are Japanese inspection stamps...
