What's your tire life span ?

Dumb question and not sure if this has been discussed before but what's your average life span on tires ?

Never tracked but usually does hard pull when driving, with only 7k on Odometer, the treads on tires are almost half way.

I was hoping to last tires at least until 15k - 20k, but don't look like it'll happen.

Extremely dependent on driving style and habits. For example I got 35k out of my OEM tires (Bridgestone S001 summer RFTs) mainly because almost all highway driving.

never gonna happen - I got about 8+k. Make sure to check the inside edge of the rears, that's really the place it'll wear bad

I think 15k is a pipe dream, but it will depend on your roads. Concrete eats tires.

All depends on driving, but with 7k on the set you have and half tread left, you're doing better than a lot of members here.

For ex: I've got a set of rears with 14-15k miles on them currently at 6-7/32" left. One has a plug in a spot that doesn't make me trust it so that set is getting replaced now. I also have another set of rears with maybe 2k miles on them at 4/32", used for break in mileage and 3 days of hpde's.

Front corresponding sets are at 7/32 on 15k mile tires and 3-4/32" on the 2k set.

Both sets are MPSS.

I've got just under 14k miles on the car and expect I could probably get to 17-18k if I really wanted to push it, which I don't. I expect to replace them around 15k-16k because I'd rather have new tires than old ones as we approach rainy season. I generally replace between 3-4mm and replace all 4 at the same time.

I have about 16K on the car and rears (MPSS) are pretty much at wear bars, while fronts might be good for another 5-6K miles. Mostly easy highway driving.
