Adhesive remover leftover (harden)

Hi
Today I used 3m adhesive remover spray on bonnet.
I spreyed and left it sit a bit.
After that I cleaned the area with towel.
The stain disappeared well however, I noticed that there was spray running and it's hard. If you cant imagine, think about running clean coat.

I can feel the bump with my finger tip. Tried cleaner and water, nothing changed

I think maybe because my bonnet was hot?

Never expected something like this from the spray

Please advice
Best regards
