Smile 20x10.5 ET22 tire recommendation

Hi, I just bought myself some new wheels for my E92 M3 and was hoping to get some recommendations regarding tires for this set of wheels.

The dimensions are as follows:
Front: 20x9 ET15, Rear: 20x10.5 ET22

I wish to use as wide tires as possible on the rear axle without rubbing issues. I see some people are going with 295/25-20 and 285/30-20, but the former seems to be the safest choice as the side wall on the 285´s are almost one inch taller than the 295´s. Can 305 even be a possibility?

I also see that the AC Schnitzer wheels set includes the following:
Front: 8,5 x 20" Offset 15 Tyres: 245/30 R20
Rear: 10,0 x 20" Offset 15 Tyres: 295/25 R20

The tire choice will likely be Michelin PSS or PS4s, but I´m open for suggestions.
The car is stock height, but will possibly lowered some in the future.
I also have wheel alignment system at hand if necessary.

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance
