Question about wheels

I have a question about rims fitting on to tires. The front tires on my 2008 e92 m3 are (245/35 ZR 19) and the rear tires are (265/35 ZR 19). I'm looking to get BBS CH-R 106(19x9.5 5x120 offset: 35) and CH-R 107 (19x10.5 5x120 offset: 25).

My understanding is that, the 245 number is in mm. So 245mm = 9.6in and 265mm = 10.4in.

So my questions are, will the CHR -106 fit onto my front tires without being too narrow? Also will the CH-R 107 rim fit onto my rear tires without stretching the tire a lot? I don't think the tire would stretch too much because its only a 0.1in difference.

Also if possible, can someone post pictures of the wheels that use this setup?

Sorry if this has been already answered on other threads. Thanks for any information you guys can give me.

The 245 is best for 8-9.5" wheel.

The 265 is best for 9-10.5" wheel.

Should be fine.
