Hey all,

I am looking to make a change so I am offering this up on here.

I have had my M3 since October of 2015 and I have loved it. The reason I am considering letting it go is I am realizing that I cannot use this car the way it deserves to be used. It has been sitting in my garage for over 2 months now due to the cold weather and I feel like someone else would be better able to enjoy it.

This was picked up at the Welt on October 12th, 2015. Believe it or not, I actually followed the break in procedures while in Germany and did not exceed the limits set by them. All services have been performed per schedule at BMW Seattle.

As you can see, I have a good amount into the MSD's that I would want back. Based on that here is what I would be looking for:

Lease transfer:
I will transfer to a new lessee but require the new owner to pay me $5,000. They would get the $6,300 security deposit back at the end of the lease. Transferee will cover the lease transfer fee ($500 plus tax).

Outright sale:
I will sell it for $63,000 straight up. That would allow me to recover most of my security deposit (I eat about $1500).

I am willing to hear reasonable offers as well.

The window sticker shows the base price for ED. I have added a spec sheet that shows the MSRP numbers. That spec sheet does have it with the Silverstone leather. I changed that last minute to black but it did not change the price.

Correct, $810 per month (plus tax if your state charges it) and $6300 to me and the car is yours (assuming you are approved by BMWFS).

What's going on with your window sticker? I thought base price in 2016 was $63k or so?

Good point. I think that window sticker reflects the ED base price. I have the config sheet when I was ordering and it shows a Base MSRP of $63,200. I will add that to the post.
