Will this winter tire setup fit the F80 M3?

Hi!

I have a nice set of black CSL-style rims with the size of 19x8,5 ET35 all 4.
It would serve as a great winter setup since its sitting on 235/35/R19 steel studded winter tires which previously where on a 335ix E90, would be great on ice and snow, so will this fit the F80 M3? if not, will it fit with spacers? if not what would you guys recommend?
