Was wondering if I should try anything in particular to take out this stain before I take it to a detailer. Had the same stain on the roof and came out with very hard scrubbing, but this one just won't come out

yikes. Unless you are 100% confident on using a buffer etc.. I would just take it to a pro but that just me.

That definitely looks like bird poop etching. Also +1 on the remediation. I've taken out similar things with my Porter Cable buffer and Menzerna polishes. Start with clay to remove stubborn, but loose renants, then the least abrasive polish to see how it does. If that doesn't work, then try more abrasive polishes.

If you're not comfortable with machine polishing, then take it elsewhere, but the PC polisher is pretty darned foolproof.

Yikes. Porter-Cable random orbital buffer for sure. Any number of polishes should work, but the advice above is spot on - start with a mildly abrasive polish and only go up if that doesn't work.

If you don't have a PC and are not planing on doing your own detailing, your professional detailer should be able to take care of this.

GL and post pictures after the restore!

I've tried it by hand twice. I have meguiars at home and didn't work.
