Cancelled my order... looking to place another

So I cancelled my order with BMW of Houston North. They told me I'm #3 on waiting for allocation and I have a feeling my allocation would come up in the next few weeks but they called me yesterday telling me they still didn't have one, so it pissed me off. Plus I'm totally not feeling my CA. Dude's doesn't return my calls etc. He even threatened to keep my deposit until I told him we could stop talking right then and I'll have my lawyer make the next call to the dealership.
Anyway, I still want the M3. But definitely not from that CA. I'll have to start making calls around the country and hopefully something will come up. If anyone knows of open allocations please let me know.

Grady BMW in Mobile, AL. They have 2 sitting in the showroom. A red and a sparkling graphite. They also have another allocation about to come up if you want to custom order. I snagged one of their allocations just in time and ended up having my car in 6 weeks from ordering!

If you call ask for Zach Bowden. He is a good guy.

Since Penske bought BMW of Austin they've become a great dealership. Give them a shot, my CA is Matt Terranella and he's been very responsive and timely to date. They are only selling at MSRP, no markup.

Thanks for the heads up. Some dealerships around Houston (including one I was working with) do have launch/demo cars available but not in my spec - especially DCT. I am looking to custom order with a place that has an allocation already and if lucky even something already 111.

I bought my 330i ZHP at BMW Austin. VERY good dealership. I think they're rated #1 in the US for customer satisfaction. It shows when u go in for service...

Ended up with M5

After I canceled my order, I decided to open my options back up. I ended getting a 06 BMW M5. My dream of owning an M3 will have to wait, but the M5 is simply amazing. I'll still be on the forums, living vicariously through you guys.
Here are some pics (not taken by me) of the car.

+1 I bought 4 cars from them and 2nd M3 and they are great. Don't put up with that crap in Houston. Don't let him make the money go elsewhere.

I don't know about allocations but Billy Bennett has been my CA at Momentum West for more than two years. He will treat you right and not give you the run-around. They have two SSII sedans in stock ready to go at MSRP as I understand. And I do know they are well cared for. They won't allow them to be test driven unless you spend some time convincing them you are a buyer. I asked to drive one since mine was on the way..."no" was the answer so I am sure they are unmolested so to speak. Call Billy Bennett 1-800-564-1349. Tell him you were referred by David who bought a Jerez coupe through military sales. He doesn't get a dime except what I tip him for my deliveries since they are factory purchases so please do mention me. Thanks. Good Luck.

Just noticed your above post, congrats on the M5, tell me about those wheels, brand? cost? I'd like some like that for my Jerez coupe.

Sadly I already put a little curb rash on the driver front ones. Believe me, I let out a slew of $!@?!@# after that happened.
