Oil cooler shield

How many guys here drive their m3 in winter and have considered getting a shield for their oil cooler like the one IND offers fm fall line.

How many ppl here are already running it?

I have the IND one. Got it during Black Friday deals last year. It's quite robust.

Ya that price is prohibitive esp with the Canadian dollar this low.

Wondering if we can find a shop here that can make it for a better price.

The oil cooler sits precisely 5 inches off the ground, i mesured it.

I didn't have any problem last winter but made sure to avoid any hard packed snow banks higner than 4 or five inches.

BTW my car is not lowered.
