Need Help in Las Vegas

Driving to Vegas from Tx, hit armadillo and ripped the front lip. Looking for shop or or person who can take off the lip for me as I don't have any tools.
Know of any shops or vendors where I can buy a new one?

We are a local vendor but dont have this part in stock
