Hi,

Just did a retrofit to NBT (boy, I'll never do that again). Which in the end the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Too big of a project for too little reward.

So - my loss your gain. This is a CIC headunit from my personal vehicle. It comes activated with Sirius and BMW apps, it's fully loaded.

This includes the following ONLY:
1. Headunit (100% operational).
2. CIC Screen
3. iDrive controller

If it's not mentioned in this ad, it's not included.

No photos, honestly, it's a head unit that you cannot see (hides behind a dash) and a monitor.

Perfect if you want to go from CCC to CIC, or just need replacement parts.

Remember - most units you may buy are possibly not activated for BMW apps and Sirius, which is over $500 in just FSC codes alone (not including someones labor to install them).

Unfortunately I cannot help you do the research for a retrofit, please look around. There is a crap-ton of info and walkthroughs for this. I did about a months worth of research to go from CiC to NBT and the info is more scarce than going from CCC to CIC.

Oh - I can include the combox as well for a little extra. Let's say $1200 for all in.

Not sure what you mean. Are there different kinds? It's from a 2011.75 M3 if that matters.

What else would be needed to complete a PnP installation?

Hopefully someone else will do the spoon feeding. As I said I have no clue (it says that in the first post) but there is so much info if you just take the time to search. My NBT retrofit was a lot of work and I did it myself.

Just curious- what are the advantages of going with NBT vs CIC? Sorry if this is unrelated to your thread.. but I was thinking about upgrading to NBT down the road.
