Which springs for the best ride?
I was not going to mess with the suspension. But when I do the roof rail delete I think it will be a must to lower. I am not wasting that money on a set of coil-overs for a truck I will only have for 12 months. I had H&R on a past e70 and the front was bouncy. Wondering is the Dinan, Eibach or Vogtland a better choice? Just looking for the most comfortable ride...

So far I'm liking the Eibach springs I have on my 35d. Slightly stiffer than stock but ride quality is good. My only complaint is I wish it was a little lower.

H&R get my vote too. No bouncy for me...but my rear are self levering suspensions, so just need 2 links.

"Best springs," is a very subjective opinion. One person's harsh, is "sporty," to another.
Just know that most springs from the like of H&R and Eibach are typically meant for the factory struts. They are slightly stiffer than stock is the best way to describe it. If you want to make "better," you would match it to a performance strut that can handle this higher wound spring. |
