I've got a Laser Interceptor Dual Standard Edition for sale.

The CPU has been updated to the latest software and voicepack.

The sensors are Version 8.9. There are virtually no differences between the 8.9 heads and the current 9.0 heads as far as jamming capabilities are concerned.

Also comes with external speaker and original unused mounting hardware. I simply opted to use double sided tape to mount the sensors, rather than drilling holes in my bumper or messing with the brackets.

I do NOT have the power switch/cable. Buyer will need to purchase one from LI for $20.

How difficult is the installation? Can you add the other 2 sensors later?

Yeah, you can add 2 more sensors later, all you'd need to do is change the settings on the CPU with the included cable. literally a 2 second switch.

The install is very straight forward. The most time consuming part is running the cables from the engine compartment to the passenger compartment. I made the mistake of doing it alone, but it would be much easier with a second person. Realistically you pop a small hole in the rubber grommet on the right side of the engine bay and run them through. The hole opens up to the footwell, you pull the cable through, and plug it into the CPU. I mounted the CPU on the upper left side under the kick panel under the steering column. Then all you need to do is find power/ground. You can either tap the cig lighter power supply or run it over to the fuse box and do add a fuse.
