Good Detailer in the Bay Area (East Bay preferred)

Just got my Yas Marina M3 last week and this is the first car I want to spring for a full detail/paint correction/OCD obsession on.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good detail shop? I'd like to get it started off with a good polish, wax, and maybe sealant as a baseline.

Not in the East Bay, but if you want a top notch detail shop check out Deep Reflections In Los Gatos.
