I do a search like once a month on autotrader
on east coast within a 200 mile radius from nyc and theres always no more then 20 e90 4 door m3 MT for sale I think the price is fair if its in good shape. |

I think that's too high. I just bought a loaded E92 6MT in December for 32k (though 62k miles) and my car with 67k miles looks like it would now sell for ~28-30k. E90's are usually cheaper than the E92, 6MT is cheaper than DCT... I think you would be getting a more reasonable price around 32k.
For 36k you can get a 2009+ E90 and benefit from CIC over CCC and if you're looking specifically for an E90 it would be nice to get the LCI rear too
