BC Forged RZ01 18x10 / 18x11 275/35r18 / 295/35r18 PSS

I've always been a fan of big chunky fitments, and I went looking for a simple concave 18" wheel that was traditionally forged and lightweight, but could fit a nice 275/35r18 / 295/35r18 fitment. There weren't many out there, so I worked with BC Forged to create a set of wheels much like my 19" wheels but in 18.

We ended up with 18x10 et25 and 18x11 et30. This gives enough clearance for PSS in the sizes I want without rubbing on the front or rear, but still maintains that sexy somewhat flush fitment without going overboard. I went with a brushed look this time, because the car was a bit too monochromatic with the black wheels I did last time. I also used the BC Forged center caps, as they are a very nicely machined aluminum piece with 2 o-rings to hold them in place.

After a long wait, (long in terms of an impulse shopper and wheel whore like myself - 4 weeks) I slapped them on and they look fantastic to me. Extremely concave, with a very high quality brushed finish that exposes some of the machine marks up close for character. And, really light weight. even with the significantly larger than stock tires, they are really light feeling. I'm pretty happy with the way they look!

My car is at stock, settled (26k miles) ZCP height.

Nice wheels... but then you've always had good taste in mods.

Love the specs and the finish of the wheels with the OEM grills. I am just personally not a fan of the spoke design with the e9X. Maybe suspension will help...

These ride and perform way better, I think having some sidewall is good. The RS41s look better to me. I kind of think I should have gotten these in 19"...

(the RZ053s are for my F82)
