Brand NEW Dinan Intercooler! 135i and 1M
According to dinan this will fit: 2008-12 E82/E88 135i (N54 & N55 engines) 2011 E82 1-M Coupe (N54 engine) The Intercooler is brand new and still has the factory tape! the intercooler typically comes with 2x '07 14 7 154 447' to be completely honest i have no clue where those are so if i find them great they are yours if not they only cost a dollar at the dealer maybe less. the rest of the stuff well it uses oem spec stuff! now for the cons: one con i don't even know how to explain it extremely minor look below! I guess the best way to explain it is bend or nick or whatever its how i got it... dinan said it was nothing to worry about. I dont want to lie and a photo is worth a 1000 words so let it speak for itself. FYI the paper is from dinan as well and has been taken out to admire the craftsmanship. If anyone else has bought one of these knew and is willing to vouch that that is the tape dinan ships with that would be amazingly great as well! if you need anything let me know. Been on these forums for a while. for quickest response call/text! 818/456/8493 |

Im calling bullshit on this. I think you're trying to sell a fake Dinan intercooler. Your shroud welds dont match and the D isnt painted on properly. Also, your shroud is not the same shape as an authentic Dinan intercooler. Did you just weld on a shroud to the spearco code 3???

There are Multiple welds along the top and a rounded top shroud on an authentic Dinan intercooler. Where is all your black foam too? The foam is certainly stock on the dinan intercooler.
Your intercooler looks used and damaged. Any moron can buy neon green masking tape and call a used spearco intercooler a Brand new Dinan intercooler. Nice try pal. Go peddle your shit elsewhere.

yikes IDK if thats real but you Itrader has good feed back so I wont jump to conclusions. However that unit is claerly been used from the pictures your showing. That or it was left outside for a year... The welds seem to be sloppy on yours compared to cbl117

Not to mention actually having the audacity to try to sell a DINAN badge for 140 bucks, LMAO at that shit, GTFO 140 for a badge, that you get for free when you buy some stuff from them.
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1133921 i mean it's kinda cool, but not 140 cool. GLWS Sir! |

When did Dinan start using OEM mounting brackets for the intake piping? I have a Dinan FMIC with silicone couplers

This guys is clearly fake and he should be banned. I just got screwed in another for sale thread that I need to report but that's a different topic for a different thread. Hence why I feel the need to protect my fellow members who actually have integrity. |

Even if it was real (Im not saying that it is) Youre seriously selling a broken intercooler for $200 less than the cost of a new one?
Are you fucking serious? |

hey sorry for my absence... yeah its brand new... yeah its been in my garage for quite some time. but i can tell you it's authentic!
the price is OBO! The unit is not broken!!!! where the fuck do u see it broken... Yeah dinan is expensive. I was surprised at the green tape too... but haters gonna hate as for the foam shit when i bought it.... it was up to the buyer to install as you may know fitment may vary between installs and to get the cleanest foam install you would do it yourself... I will personally look for the foam tomorrow. Yes those dinan badges go for quite a bit of money i have seen them sell for more, again all my prices are obo! and again, that badge is the exact same age as the intercooler. |

if you would rather spend ~300 more dollars(price is 1303.xx after taxes) on a new brand new one be my guest, if you want to send me an offer as the price is obo, feel free to do that as well. But the unit is brand new and that damage well i would like to see your intercooler/ radiator im pretty sure there are more than a couple of these.
If you do not believe that is Dinan, I am sorry, I love Dinan, i love their products and I love that when they build their aftermarket parts OEM is always on their mind. I have been to their location more than once! If you have the green and dont want to save any this is not for you. |

The difference is my intercooler has been on the car for 115 thousand miles.
You cant say that its brand new and then justify the damage by comparing it to one thats been on a car for years. Brand new implies that the product is undamaged in a factory fresh state. Your IC is not. Not that im in the market for a Dinan IC, but for $200 id gladly buy a brand new one rather than ones thats damaged before its even been put in a car. For the right price, ill change my mind. My offer is $50 for the damaged intercooler of dubious origin. |

Guys, it's authentic Dinan (maybe not the newest iteration but authentic none the less) and the point of argument of the damage is that it doesn't not adversely affect performance. That is all.
