My M3 showing off the new Dinmann Carbon Fiber Aero kit (First car with it!)
Hello Guys & Gals of M3post (///MyFamily) just wanted to share some pictures of my car with you all! I was lucky enough to get the first Dinmann kit for the E92/E93 platform (they actually developed the kit on my car). The quality and fitment is top notch, I actually took the car for a trip right after installing the kit and "on my highway run in mexico" I actually hit 185mph and the kit held up like a champ! Let me know what you guys think? I for one love what it did for the looks of my car. I can't go anywhere without people taking pics and video of me and I'm not complaining about that one bit! Oh and by the way the front lip is made of dry carbon (5 layers of carbon using infusion resin. The whole process can be seen on Instagram via @DinmannCF) so it's much lighter and stronger than any of the wet carbon kits around (fiberglass with 1 layer of carbon laid over it), form and function for the win!!!
Hope you guys like the kit as much as I do! I apologize for the car not being as clean as it could have been. I was just at the park and decided to do a little camera phone photo shoot lol. A proper photo shoot is in the works though so stay tuned! Last edited by WickedE93; 04-30-2015 at 11:55 AM.. |

Love it! Very different from everything else out there. Props for being the 1st one to try this.

Sorry my intention was never to put down any other kits (didn't mention any names or anything of that sort, I have love for all of the vendors and their awesome products and I am happy there are so many offerings because I truly believe in different strokes for different folks). I simply gave the facts of which makes this kit stand out over wet carbon products (Super light weight and amazing strength) and best of all everything is made in the good old USA. It was a huge factor it what lead to my purchase and this is my reason for sharing the info. Last edited by WickedE93; 04-27-2015 at 03:59 PM.. |

Sorry forgot to answer your question about the roof! I was going to have it wrapped originally but they told me there could potentially be issues where the I guess you would call the "top rails" meet so I decided to go the paint route. I had a local shop in my area called Ranz Motorsport (they do a lot of the M-fest cars, wide bodies, etc) their reviews on yelp are up and down lol but I gave them a shot and they treated me well and did an amazing job so kuddos to them!

Yes you should see this thing cut through the wind brother lol all joking aside, like most of the other kits out there the purpose if to give the car a unique look and a bit of an aggressive flare. This kit does it with adding minimal weight and extreme strength so I consider it to be as functional as a Aero kit can be in that matter. Of course to clarify when I bought my kit Dinmann didn't guarantee any down force specs or x amount of improvement in lap times lol. All you track junkies out there, I'm sure you already knew that though! lol

Thank you so much brother! That truly means a lot coming from you! It's been a long time in the works and I'm now so happy I went the E93 route. It's always good to be a little different which was tough at first because as we all know the E92 is a lot prettier in stock form lol! But I was up for the challenge and am truly thankful I was able to pull it off!
