MPE Exhaust Install "Cut Points" Pics

Hey everyone. I installed the MPE Exhaust and wanted to share some pics of how easy it is to make the cuts. I used a chain cutter, took only a few minutes. The hardest part and most annoying, was installing the CF tips as BMW neglected to make dimples to secure them...Hope this is helpful!

Is there adjustment for the tips? Looks like the tips are tucked under the diffuser, in the case of adding a diffuser, can we adjust the tips to stick out further?

Yes, it replaces the mid resonator with an H-pipe.

Do you know what the measurement is between the 2nd cats and the cuts for each pipe? It should say in the install instructions.

Looks like you didn't take the exhaust (downpipe back) off the car...

Is this how most people/shops install the MPE?

The MPE is designed to clamp on behind the secondary cats.

I should have clarified for the initial install. I thought I read somewhere that you didn't HAVE to take the exhaust off, but doing so made it easier to make clean cuts or something.

For me, the cutting is a big point against the MPE. I suppose it's no big deal, but I don't want to cut the original exhaust.
