MPE Install : Torque setting for central strut?

I'm going to be installing my MPE this weekend, pretty excited about it.

The instructions call for the removal of the central strut (pictured below), does anyone know the torque values for these bolts? Torx wrench size would also be helpful if you know it (but far less important).

The instructions just say to follow installation per ISTA, no mention of torque values or the wrench size, but I assume these bolts need to be torqued properly.
