dyno issues
Has anyone had a problem trying to dyne their car. With disc off my car would go through 1st 2nd and 3rd no problem. Forth gear throws faults for diff lock warning, tire pressure and abs. This was a 4 wheel dyno being used as a two wheel. any thoughts on what could be going on? I had dsc off during run.

It went into limp mode from it though, have you seen that before?

But before you put it on the dyno did you shut dsc off by holding it until the cluster said dsc inactive or did you just press the dsc button?

With DSC off, run in 5th gear (assuming DCT) at about ~40mph until the errors appear on the iDrive/Kombi (instrument cluster). Sometimes the errors need to appear first before you can get our of 2nd gear.
Once the errors appear, you should be able to perform a full run. After the dyno session is complete, the errors should clear out once the car is driven on the road about 1000ft.

I wondering if that was cause of my issue because I didn't run the car on dyno

I also wonder if it's a plausibility error in the car not seeing front wheels move

Mine did this on a MAHA dyno when I was testing it after my Dinan tune. The MAHA tech thought there was something wrong with the car so we shut it down. I had used this dyno before with other cars with no problems.
After a back and forth with BMW and Dinan, Dinan said they've had problems with that type of dyno before which seemed plausible since my car was running fine and certainly was not losing power at 5500 rpms. I even ran it at an airstrip event with no problems. I simply went to a different dyno and it ran fine. This time on a DynoDynamics. No drop off at 5500.
