E92 m3 manual gearbox oil

What is the best gearbox oil I can use for a 6MT E92 m3, Iv heard you can get upgraded gearbox oil, does anyone know what it is.. Thanks in advance

I recommend to just use OEM oil. Every 30k miles.

Royal Purple in every BMW gearbox I have owned. I welcome people to come and shift my car. With the Performance knob alone and RP fluid it shifts effortlessly. Very good upgrade and cheaper than OEM.
