wow... pure turbo M4 mowing everything in sight... what happened to Terry that first run? DCT issues? Also, the Pure driver was on point with those shifts

Terry had his boost turned down to prevent DCT slip. We are working with Gintani on a flash to add DCT clamping force. Once we get this sorted, Terry's DCT car with PURE Turbos will be unbeatable...

I know... At the beginning of the day it was "a few feet short of a 1/3 mile". Then they shortened it even more halfway through the day! Looking forward to the next 1/2 mile event. Omega NFZ 1/2 mile in AZ
We trapped a best of 144mph yesterday. |

The New Coalinga is longer as well. With this said I was going to ask if you raced any other cars, GTRs, but it's too short anyways.

I saw this car running yesterday and was impressed with it's trap speeds. Didn't realize it had aftermarket turbos, but it makes more sense now. This was the only F8x car I saw running faster than me. Good stuff.

Ya we got beat by a ESS 750 M3 with auto trans. I forgot to start the gopro on that one. I asked for the video, I'll post it if I get it.
From what I remember, we were pretty even until I had to shift. Then he jumped ahead and held it to the end. It was a good race. |

Impressed with the run against the GT-R . A small observation, the course does not seem 100% fairly laid out with the start point so close to the exit of the corner. The outside car will always have a slight advantage since it needs to travel at a higher speed to stay beside the inside car through the bend. This can give the outside car a small speed advantage at the start of the race. |
