19inch black wheels

I am pretty sure i am blind. The black wheels are they 100% black? Or is it two tone? 1 part black 1 part silver.

Two-tone, but the lighter color is more of a gunmetal chrome finish than a silver one.

Well I've only had the car a few weeks but I have to say they are some of the best looking stock wheels I have seen on any car. As for the peeling I can't imagine how unless the wheel is damaged but again its very early days for me.

mine started to peel. did not damage it. I could just pick at the spot that peeled and the gunmetal/black glitter paint on the wheel comes off right away...

Should be covered by BMW as part of your warranty. The paint on the front bumper on my wife's '11 335is Coupe started bubbling and flaking off at about 3.5 years, but they had it resprayed at a BMW Certified collision shop. I'd definitely check into this.
