18's or 19s

What would be better for the track? the stock 18s or stock 19s?
I know the 18's will obviously be lighter so thats a plus but does a thinner sidewall help with performance or not?

I would 18s for the following reasons:
- Meaty tires (better grip and more forgiving)
- Lighter wheels
- Cheaper tires - you will go through a lot of them tracking, you can save a lot of 18" tires vs 19"
