Anyone considering vredstein ultrac vorti's

I loved them on my e90 and e92. They were great on the track as well. 1/2 price of the michellin's. They do come in 265 and 285 sizes.

Haven't heard of them in the US, but the folks in UK seam to be complaining about wet traction and noise:

Tire rack doesn't sell ore review them, but somehow, Consumer Reports included them in summer tire rankings. While not exactly a tire rating authority, CR's was the only comparison I could find. They came in last behind PSS and P-Zeros:

They may, however, be a bargain.
