Exclamation Did BMW TPMS change '14 to '15?

I put my snow tires on my '15 F82 this weekend and they have BMW TPMS sensors. I tried to do the TPMS reset via iDrive multiple times and I keep getting a TPMS check control message.

These snow tires worked with my '14 F32 TPMS system, did BMW change the TPMS system from '14 to '15????

If they didn't change the system, any ideas on why this may be happening? I've driven over 200 miles with the new tires on and I've been regularly trying the reset, any advice is welcome.

Yes they did change somewhere in the MY 2014. I had an early build 14 335 and had to buy new ones so they would work on the M3.

If you have TPMS from a E9x then yes it's a different sensor in the new car. OEM part #36106856209
