TPMS Status PSI Variation

Question: How many are able to keep the same the same psi in all 4 tires? There seems to always be a variation of the psi at all 4 corners (even though I set the psi gauge on the air pump) and a variation of the temperature (which I should aspect).

Does it really matter if each are reading something different ( at least on each axle)?

I have the same issue. My cold measurements are lined up perfect at 32 when using a manual gauge and TPMS will always be off as much as 1.5 PSI. ALSO the driver side front wheel is always higher than other wheels.

I have a high quality digital gauge that reports the psi in 1/10ths. I have everything set on the gauge to 32.0 psi and all four corners on the TPMS are showing 31.9 psi cold, so it can be done.

I have properly calibrated racing tire pressure guages. These are expensive ones, properly calibrated. My TPMS does not match those particularily well. Certainly the TPMS is not accurate to within 0.1 psi. The accuracy is more like +/- 1.5psi. The TPMS really should be seen as something to tell you the ballpark figure of pressure, and to let you know if one has gone flat.
