Maybe I had the bad experience with them because they’re a big company? I was told my inquires slipped through the cracks, but I sent about 5 follow up emails with no response to any of them aside from the initial email saying they would reach out to Swift. Ahmed resolved the issue quickly with Austin. Austin ultimately did get a return going and shipping label over to me. I’m glad they finally helped me out. I would’ve been completely fine if the return wasn’t possible, but I did get sour when I couldn’t even get a response. Maybe I’ll have some other luck if order with them again.

I've been on the Subaru forums since roughly 2002 and over the years Vivid's reputation has been less than stellar from what I have read. I have never purchased from them but that has scared me off from ever trying.

I’ve been dealing with them for weeks on a refund for their mistake. Poor at best! The sales manager leads the reps with zero training or communication skills. Their reviews speak for themselves.

Wish I saw this thread or other reviews before ordering from them. Received shipping and delivery confirmations (but no tracking number) and acknowledgment they would "attempt" to cancel the order and issue a refund, but no follow through. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company today. Is this a real business or a scam?

I ordered something from them three weeks ago. asked them to confirm they had in stock before ordering. They did and said they would ship the following week. I'm three weeks later with no shipping information. Every time I ask they say will will follow up and have an answer the following day. so, i'm really hoping i don't have to go to credit card dispute route. I could have gone with several other vendors, but they were honest about not having in stock and set real expectations.

It’s like they’re just hoping we’ll let it go and not follow up on refunds. This is an $800 order for an item they clearly have no idea if they have in stock even when telling me they did before ordering. Every day they don’t process the requested refund just makes a terrible customer experience even worse.
These guys are a joke. They’re dishonest and maybe if you order something they actually have it may work out. But if anything goes wrong there is no support. There are other vendors I wish I went with but fell for their lies. |

So they finally issued a refund for the one item they never shipped ~$800.
Still waiting on the refund for the order that didn't clearly wouldn't fit by just looking at it when they told me it would prior to ordering. ~$500. Didn't install but sent them photos as they requested showing the fitment issues before they allowed me to send back. They also said they wouldn't refund shipping or restock fees. Which I thought was bogus cuz they were dishonest about fitment but whatever. They said they need to inspect item before issuing a refund which is also fair. But now it's been returned/delivered untouched weeks ago. almost forgot about it. Clowns |

I made the mistake of ordering from them I need a part replaced and now they won't even answer the phone. Don't waste your money with them lesson learned.
