BBS RS GT restore
Just wanted to share my restoration of my wheels. They got chemical burn from a detail company at the dealer and made them turn black. Took about a day for two wheels.

OP are those OEM or reps? You paid the dealership, not the person the subcontracted out to. Any damage to your car while in their possession is their fault. They are the ones who need to make it right and then THEY can go after the subcontractor THEY hired. They have all the leverage with the subcontractor, they can threaten to pull all work/business if they don't make it right. You have none. The stealership are the ones you had a financial transaction not you and the detailer. They are 100% responsible.

Oh yeah I agree. I hate reps. I thought maybe that was why the chamical they sprayed did the damage. You would think they would use more benign
