That impact totally caught my suprise. Farewell Supra and Driver of Supra. Someone in my hometown died during a high speed chase this past week, a 19 year old. Part of me just doesnt understand if people understand the risks they take trying to evade when for most, they're just trying to get out of a speeding ticket or reckless driving charge. But the other part of me is equally, if not more bothered that police officers still chase people with otherwise clean records when a lot of the time, it leads to this.

There's no excuse for this to happen, especially not if it was really just a matter of one guy trying to get out of a ticket and another guy trying to give it to him.

Obviously that doesnt apply to a bank robber, but geesh.

I think the same thing, except that I doubt he even thought nor cared if he took the other drivers life.

This is EXACTLY why police need to spin the suspects cars out during chases. The chance that someone else will die is a lot lower. I know it seems as though calling off a chase is a good thing, but in reality the criminal is still going to speed and run.

God Bless the inocent victim and his family and friends. My heart goes out to them.
