Chrysler extended warranty.

Hello BMW, are you awake???

"Chrysler will reportedly extend warranty coverage for vehicles outfitted with 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engines."

A little wider coverage of the model range and probably more vehicles involved on the Chrysler side. Doubt BMW will even blink at this.

It's notable thing to do and deserves respect.
Mercedes has done it before, and BMW in the past (late 80's).

No, you don't. You would be driving an old diesel.

I'm still contemplating at a 98-99 E300 TD. Not quite 80's but still old school diesel.
