any tip on removing adhesive smear after debadging?

So I recently removed an annoying dealer badge that was on my 535i. Heated with hair dryer and then separated the badge with floss. Came right off, however, there's still a bit of a smear that has not come off from the adhesive. Can anyone recommend a product that might take it off?

Goo gone, soft rag, and some elbow grease. ......the longer it's been there the longer you have to work

Use your finger under the rag and keep dabbing the goo gone then use small circular attack.

Autosmart Tardis tar and glue remover would do a great job if available there but any other T&G remover should be fine.
