WTB: 328 or 335 in socal

I'm located in Orange County. Just had my rsx type s stolen earlier this week and am now trying to mend the pain by looking for a replacement car.

I've always wanted a BMW and so now seems like a good time to try and find one.

I'd like to buy a 07 or 08 model since they're cheaper. Must be 6MT. Must be clean title. Preferably under 80k miles.

I'm looking for under 13k budget. Do you guys think with this budget it'd be possible to find a good 328? I'd appreciate any words of advice/wisdom.
