Heavy sunroof shade

The shade of sunroof on my E90 is a bit heavy to move. Is there a DIY on how to lubricate it? Thanks

I'm going to say it may be a little complex to reach the tracks but if you take it to your local BMW dealership your service advisor may have a tool to quickly and effortlessly sort it out for you.
