How Do I Know If My Car Came With Rear Fog Lights?

Probably a silly question, I don't really recall ever knowing what rear fog lights even look like. I think I seen some pictures that made it seem like the rear fog lights were installed in the whole tail light assembly, but if that's the case, I've never seen a comparison between having your fog lights on/off what section of the tail light turns on. Maybe I'll play with that tonight and check.

I have a 2009 BMW 335i by the way.
