Please help, advice needed! E92 purchase related

I'm almost about to purchase this car but before I actually buy the car, I need to get input from my fellow members.

The car is a 2008 E92 335i with 42k km, looks close to new, very well taken care of. The car has been sitting at the dealership for a few weeks since it got there to be sold.

The diagnostic tool is giving this fault codes:

93D0
A12B
931D
A8C5
2ACC
2F9E
2E97
A0B2
9CB5
9315
9CC2
5014
9C6C
5DF4

From what I've been able to search, most of them seem to be battery related as some are "low voltage" issues, however I'm no technician and would appreciate some of your help to know if this could cause a bigger problem in the future.

Thanks a lot!!!

This is the actual Diagnostic sheet, it is from Mexico so some of the things are in Spanish, however most is in English and German.

Thanks!!!

I would reset all those codes and get the dealer to drive it and see what comes back. Are they offering to fix it before selling?

It's more of a negotiation tool, they are not quite offering to repair them but more like they could reduce the price knowing that I would have to invest in it a bit, I found it not too bad, seems all is battery related and the car needs brakes and oil change.

I can pay whatever they charge me for resetting and diagnose again, if it is indeed the battery, then the car has no mayor problems, if it still has issues, I'll search for another one.

I was more worried about the HPFP than anything else

Worried about the HPFP? That would be my last worry.
It's warranted for 10 years or 120k miles, so a 2008 will have warranty on the HPFP until late 2017/early 2018 or until 120k miles.
Seeing as how the car has ~26k miles I'm guessing the 10 years will come first - but it has warranty for at least another 3-4 years. Some kind of battery wiring on these n54's was also recalled so you may be able to have some of these battery issues resolved for free by a local BMW dealership.

Well Zach1328 the thing is that I'm unsure a Mexican dealer has the same warranty backup as the US dealers, definitely something I will have to look for with BMW Group Mexico.

Didn't know it was 10 year warranty. Thanks for the info!
