E90 sedan sports package includes:
- 17" wheels (instead of 16") - Sports seats (have adjustable thigh bolsters) - Sports tuned suspension (stiffer and about 1/2" lower) - Performance run flat tires (instead of all-seasons) - Sports steering wheel (has aluminum trim) - Speed limiter raised from 130 to 150 or 155 |

Sport seats is most sure way. They have the leg extender part in front of seat if so instead of non sport being all one piece

Steering wheel. If the steering wheel is flat, you have a base. If there is a raised round compartment where the airbag goes, you have the sport package.

Too bad taking a picture of the outside and inside of his car is so hard.
You have to buy film... take the picture... have it developed... then take it to Kinkos to have them put in on CD. The times we live in. |

Easy way to tell is the seats...
Do your seats have the side bolsters? Do they have the "leg extension" ? If so you most likely have the sport package. Ride height is not always the way to tell because the AWD models with sport packages do NOT come with the lower sport suspensions like the RWD models have. Sport packages for AWD vs RWD, and sedan vs. coupe are all a little different though, so... it kind of 'depends'

For example, my 535i is definitely limited to 150 but I've had the speedo close to 160 before when I felt it cut off. I agree with the others, sounds like a non-sport.
