+1. Never had a problem with them. If anything ever got messed up, they would fix the order and sincerely apologize

ordered my tires/wheels/front splitters from them. they forgot the M emblens for the wheels and sent them as soon as i told them about it.

Bought the LED turn signal kit from and I made a mistake thinking that they shipped me the wrong bulb size. Even then, Nick was very nice and apologetic in the email. Great vendor and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Hooray for fast shipping! Except mine wasn't fast
 . I think it is only because I used a Debit Card though  . So processing took longer...

They are one of the better vendors here on the forum...I ordered my E93 lip from them and it was here as promised...The paint on the lip was identical match to my car and perfect, i mean perfect with not one imperfection to the paint...I would reccommend them to anyone and will definately do business with them again!!!

I haven't had anything but good things when I've ordered from them as well. I bought painted reflectors, black grilles, LP LEDs, and a painted front aero lip not too long ago. I recieved everything except the aero lip in a very fast manner. Nick emailed me right away telling me the situation they had with a shipment and apologized for the delay and apparently gave me his direct extension if I had any questions. Even though it is delayed, I don't mind as its just nice to deal with good customer service and hear why. Not to mention its been like 10 degrees here lately and I dont want to install anything lol. Most companies would just let the order sit and not tell you a thing. Definitely a big
 to them.

I purchased the "euro-lock cover" from JLevi without knowing that the OEM LED under the factory key cover wouldn't be able to swap over to the euro-cover. Nick and Lynn were gracious enough to take the part back and waive the restocking fee (in my particular instance), and gave me a full refund.
Needless to say, I just placed another order with them for a different part. Great service and very prompt in answering my emails and questions. I won't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

I ordered bulbs for my foglights, and I put what kind of car I had in the comments, the IM'ed me and told me I ordered the wrong bulb, and changed the order and shipped me the correct bulb, all of this was in the matter of one day.
I ordered the incorrect bulb, and had the correct bulb at my door 3 days later. THANKS JLEVISW!
